El concepto de emoción en Árabe Clásico

Resumen

El presente artículo trata de obtener el equivalente del concepto de emoción en árabe Clásico (àl-fushà). Este estudio muestra la difícil obtención del concepto emoción en su versión clásica o estándar. Concluimos que a pesar de constituir una referencia fundamental en la literatura sobre emoción, dicho sustantivo no posee una fácil traducción en idiomas tan importantes como el árabe, utilizado por unos 250 millones de personas en todo el mundo.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to search for the equivalent of the concept of emotion in Classical Arabic (àl-fushà). This paper shows the difficulty to obtain the concept of emotion in the classical (standard)version of this language. Our conclusion is that, despite representing a fundamental reference in the literature of emotion, it is not easy to translate such term into languages as important as Arabic, used by 250 millions of speakers around the world.
