Abstract
This article outlines the application of the assessment-analysis-action model (the 3A model) and three-dimensional OKness to create clear contracts and interventions. The key theme of the case study with a youth offending service team concerns the development of a clear identity within a merged organization based on OK relationships.

Anita Mountain, M.Sc, is a Certified Transactional Analyst (psychotherapy and organizational) and a Teaching and Supervising Transactional Analyst (organizational and psychotherapy specialties). Chris Davidson, a Provisional Teaching and Supervising Transactional Analyst (organizational), joined Mountain Associates full time 6 years ago. He works in a variety of organizations and has a range of training expertise, including group work, team development, and communication skills.
