ABSTRACT

Tapping the marketing opportunities of the Internet is something every business should examine … or risk being left behind. This paper describes the evolution of the Internet, examines the marketing implications for users of the information highway, and outlines some of the challenges facing executives as they re-think their marketing strategies in light of this emerging technological tool.
