In the following Research Article by Henk Visser, S Rod Rassekh, George S Sandor et al., ‘Genetic variants in SLC22A17 and SLC22A7 are associated with anthracycline-induced cardiotoxicity in children’, which appeared in the July 2015 issue of Pharmacogenomics 16(10), 1065–1076 (2015), the order of ‘95% CI’ values for ‘Combined (n = 52)’ in Table 2 on page 1071 was incorrectly published.

Other SNPs associated with anthracycline-induced cardiotoxicity in combined cohort at p < 0.005. None of these variants were significant after Bonferroni correction. Results are from logistic regression analysis that included important clinical variables as well as the previously validated variants rs7853758 in SLC28A3 and rs17863783 in UGT1A6 [17]. The replication cohort included only patients that did receive doxorubicin and/or daunorubicin. Odds ratios are per copy of the minor allele.
