Anja Swennen

Dr. Anja Swennen is a retired teacher educator and researcher from the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, the Netherlands. The focus of her research is on the development of the identity and profession of teacher educators as well as the policy and history of teacher education. Anja is an active member of the Association of Teacher Education (ATEE) and currently one of the editors of the European Journal of Teacher Education.
