Traci Sitzmann

Traci Sitzmann is a Workforce Development Scholar and Management Professor at the University of Colorado Denver. She is also an award-winning researcher working at the intersection of education and diversity, equity, and inclusion. Sitzmann was recently appointed as a research fellow for the Center for Education Policy Analysis and serves as a scientific advisor to the United States Space Force.

Jayme Ratcliff

Jayme Ratcliff is the University of Colorado Denver Business School Retention Project Coordinator. She excels in implementing and evaluating student retention interventions, tracking student success metrics, and conducting interviews to guide future retention interventions.
