Abstract
The author describes how an organizational Parent (ego state) system (OPS) can be used as an integrated steering system by which leaders can improve the effectiveness of their leadership style. This values-based leadership contributes to the development of a safe working environment, the well-being of employees, a positive reputation for the company, and a better world.
