Steven Rybin
Steven Rybin is associate professor of film studies at Minnesota State University, Mankato. He is the author of Shots to the Heart: For the Love of Film Performance (Anthem Press, 2022), Geraldine Chaplin: The Gift of Film Performance (Edinburgh University Press, 2020), and Gestures of Love: Romancing Performance in Classical Hollywood Cinema (SUNY Press, 2017), among other books and edited volumes. He is currently writing a book on the films of Paul Verhoeven.
