Sensitivity	A linear relation can be observed between the density of cells and the OD reading.	Does not provide linear relation toward the number of cells and the OD reading.
Suitability	For chemosensitivity study due to its vast linearity range. Applicable to both monolayer and multilayer cell clusters.	For cytotoxicity because it detects only metabolically active cells and does is not interfered by dead cells.
