Dr Philip Taylor is Assistant Registrar (Partnerships) at Royal Holloway, University of London, where he has responsibility for the quality and standards of UK and international collaborative programmes. He trained as a musicologist at Lancaster University and previously worked as a lecturer in the distance learning, study abroad and transnational education sectors, including posts at Harlaxton College (2009–12) and KM Music Conservatory, India (2012–15).
