ABSTRACT
Results from a case study, Regis Jesuit High School are reported. The case study methodology for this study is mixed with qualitative data coming from several internal documents and witness accounts along with quantitative data that catalogs the hiring and interview demographic data spanning March of 2018 to fall of 2019. This became a major strategic institutional initiative as it was concluded by racially diverse families, the diversity directors, faculty, and parent diversity committees who concluded this as the most important area of growth in creating a more inclusive culturally responsive climate at Regis Jesuit. This study explores Regis Jesuit High School’s processes and the complexity in trying to achieve this goal.
