Lloyd A. Conway

Lloyd A. Conway is an adjunct instructor at Spring Arbor University, where he teaches courses in political science, history, geography, economics. He is a retired member of the U.S. Armed Forces and is a career civil servant. Mr. Conway previously served on the Charlotte, Michigan City Council and as Chair of the Planning Commission. He earned a bachelor of arts in history & political science from Excelsior College, a Master of Arts in Teaching from Wayne State University, a Master of Public Administration from Western Michigan University and a Master of Science in Geographic Information Systems from Eastern Michigan University.
