Abstract
In their article, “School leadership in support of teachers' learning: The dramatic differences that financial resources make, Drago-Severson and Pinto's research substantiates how financial resources impact the quantity and quality of professional development school leaders can provide for teachers. Building upon this premise, Battaglia acknowledges the importance of resources and adds that, beyond money, demonstrated results in student behavior and achievement provide the strongest motivation for propelling and sustaining teachers' learning.
