Figure 1. Choice criteria used by the respondents within each survey. Survey RS + TD compared the rearing systems and time of display, and survey RS compared the rearing systems. The distribution of frequencies of each survey was independent (χ²= 23.5; p<.001). The observed frequencies with asterisks are significantly different (p < .05) between surveys.
