Community Entrepreneurship is an activity of a group of people at the local and regional level to create change in economic, social, and cultural situations as a social, cultural, and environmental process based on leadership, institutions, policies, and history.	(Dupuis et al., 2003; Fortunato & Alter, 2015)
Infrastructure Violence arises from the failure of infrastructure (especially in poor countries) which is influenced by political, economic, social, and gender factors. The violence that occurs is gradual and not visible, a deferred violence of destruction that spreads across space and time, attritional violence that is usually not regarded as violence at all.	(Filardi et al., 2020; Rodgers & O’Neill, 2012; Truelove & Ruszczyk, 2022)
Resilience of the community refers to the existence, development, and engagement of community resources by community members to thrive in an environment characterized by change, uncertainty, and shocks.	(Kelly et al., 2015).
‘Poverty entrepreneurs’ refers to the condition of a group of poor communities who strive to engage in entrepreneurial activities to improve their economy and quality of life	(Slade Shantz et al., 2018)
Community entrepreneurship policy is a policy created by the government related to government intervention, governance systems in decision-making to improve community entrepreneurship based on social values for the benefit of society	(Karlsson et al., 2016; O’Brien, 2019; Sobari, 2019)
