(C) pDC-derived Th17 cells migrate to the tumor and induce the recruitment of immune cells, including DCs, pDCs, Th1, Tregs and CTLs. (D) Enhanced tumor-specific CTL infiltration allows tumor cell killing and control of tumor growth.
