Davis Jenkins ([email protected]) is a senior research associate at the Community College Research Center at Columbia University's Teachers College. He works with colleges and states to improve educational and employment outcomes for students, particularly those from disadvantaged backgrounds.

Clive Belfield

Clive Belfield ([email protected]) is an associate professor in the Department of Economics, Queens College, City University of New York, and a research fellow at the Community College Research Center. Belfield has authored numerous articles on the economics of education. His most recent book is The Price We Pay: The Economic and Social Costs of Inadequate Education.
