Adrianna Kezar is Wilbur-Kieffer Professor of Higher Education, University of Southern California and Director of the Pullias Center for Higher Education. Dr. Kezar is a national expert on change and leadership in higher education. Sharon Fries-Britt is Professor of higher education and Distinguished Scholar-Teacher at the University of Maryland, College Park. Dr. Fries-Britt’s research focuses on high-achieving Blacks in higher education and underrepresented minorities in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.
