Dr. Gerardo L. Blanco is Associate Professor and Academic Director of the Center for International Higher Education at Boston College. He is a Fulbright Specialist, and Advisor for Programs and Global Initiatives at the American Council on Education. His research explores the intersections of quality and internationalization in higher education. Gerardo’s teaching, research, and consulting have taken place in 21 countries and on five continents.
