Abstract

Present article presents ferroelectric hysteresis behavior of [(Ba0.825+x Ca0.175−x)(Ti1−xSnx)O3] ceramics for x = 0.0625, 0.0875 and 0.100 samples. Temperature-dependent ferroelectric hysteresis scaling affiliation for remnant polarization (Pr) and coercive field (Ec) have been recommended. In view of scaling, the power law temperature proponent was efficiently settled for the hysteresis parameters. The dynamic hysteresis scaling of Pr and Ec at sintering temperature of 1450 °C for 2 h harvest Pr α T−0.92and Ec α T−038. By Arrhenius law, the back switching polarization (Pbc) and domain dynamics also evaluated in the form of temperature (T).
