When the above article was first published online, an error was present in the caption for Figure 3. Part of an equation in the caption was edited as +n = n.(n+1)6. However, the correct form is as follows: 1+2+3+4+5+···+n=n.n+12

This error has now been corrected in both the print and online versions.
