James G. Cibulka, Ph.D., serves as the current president of the Council for the Accreditation of Educator Preparation (CAEP) and its predecessor NCATE after having an acclaimed career in higher education, including as a former Dean of the College of Education at the University of Kentucky. He is also the author of numerous books and articles on education policy, administration, and community development.
