When the above research paper was first published online the sentence found on page 4, second paragraph was stated in error where it says that “Ven4, which includes the decrease-in-function allele CYP2C9*3…” This has now been corrected in online version to state “Ven4, which includes the decrease-in-function allele CYP2C9*2…”.
