When the article was first published there were minor errors that occurred in Tables 3 and 6.

The errors were caused by a coding typo for the following parameters of “origin of mother” and “origin of father”, which affected only 90 female cases from our total population. Consequently, the category for “origin of both parents” was incorrectly calculated for the subgroups in further data processing and analyses.
