Abstract
Dance can serve multiple purposes and can take the form of art, recreation, competition, or entertainment. Collaborations can enhance and promote a multidisciplinary product, enhance teaching, and forge research projects and publications. This article describes how multidisciplinary choreographic collaborations can be the platform for educators to form partnerships, create, use new mediums, teach, inspire, and influence dance students and the public.
