When the above article was published, the following information on page 240 was incorrect:

“The parents of the children agreed to take part in the study by returning a signed information sheet to the person responsible for the study (XZ of XY consents to participate).”

This should read as:

“The parents of the children agreed to take part in the study by returning a signed information sheet to the person responsible for the study (428 of 497 consents to participate).”
