A new look for the new year

ORCID Icon

Dear Readers, Authors, Reviewers, and Supporters of the Journal of Women & Aging,

On behalf of the Associate Editors, Editorial Board team, and Editorial Assistant, I wish you a joyous and healthy 2022. I hope that you and your families continue to stay safe and well. You may notice that our Journal cover looks a little different this month. Guided by input from our Editorial Board and our updated vision statement for the Journal, we present to you a hot-off-the press refreshed cover.

The new cover pays tribute to the lovely flower from the previous cover while adding some new color. You will notice the flower has turned into a succulent. The succulent is hardy. It can often survive in harsh climates and is associated with tenacity, endurance, and loyalty.

We hope you enjoy the updated look of the Journal. Please always feel free to send me comments, questions, and ideas. Please also look out for a call for papers for an upcoming special issue. We look forward to another wonderful year of sharing strong and timely science with you all.

With gratitude,
