Abstract

This study investigated relationships among leadership potential, social maturity, creativity, intelligence, and academic achievement among adolescents in the United States and Singapore. Results showed higher intelligence but lower leadership potential among Singapore students and a positive correlation in general between social maturity and intelligence, while creativity was found to be negatively correlated with both intelligence and academic achievement.
