The affiliation details of the third author were processed incorrectly. The affiliation has been changed to ‘Centre for Lifelong Learning, University of Warwick, Coventry, UK’.
Also, there is an error in the sentence on page 2 which begins ‘However, in the case of people with Intellectual Disability (ID)…’ . This is now changed to ‘Glover and Evison (2013) found they report that 8 out of 100 people with learning disabilities are admitted to hospital for conditions which could be dealt with in primary care.’
