Abstract

In this work, a magnetic nanoparticle supported with sulfonated-hexamethylenetetramine (SCMNPs-Pr-HMTA-SO3H) as a new catalyst was used for the synthesis of new products of 2,3-dihydroquinazolin-4(1H)-ones. This protocol has highlighted advantages including easy purification, reusability, high thermal and chemical stability of catalyst, high selectivity, and high efficiency.
