The correct text should have been:

The published text read:
The proportion of qualified pre‐school teachers (f⊘rskolelærere) within the kindergarten system is 35 per cent, and according to the authorities a goal is to increase the number.
The correct text should have been:
The proportion of qualified pre‐school teachers (f⊘rskolelærere) within the kindergarten system is 33 per cent, and according to the authorities a goal is to increase the number.
p. 421:
The published text read:
While 35 per cent (that is the personal norm stated in the law) of the staff in Norwegian kindergartens are qualified early childhood pedagogues, the percentage of trained pedagogues is 60 per cent in Denmark and 51 per cent in Sweden (OECD 2006).
The correct text should have been:
While 33 per cent of the staff in Norwegian kindergartens are qualified early childhood pedagogues, the percentage of trained pedagogues is 37 per cent in Denmark and 52 per cent in Sweden (Ministry of Education and Research 2009, 22).
