Sheldon M. Edner

Sheldon M. Edner is a professor of public administration at the Schar School for Policy and Government, George Mason University. Previously, he spent 10 years (1992-2002) with the Federal Highway Administration and the Office of the Secretary, US Department of Transportation (2002-2010). From 1976-1992 he was a professor of public administration, at Portland State University.
