There is an error on page 108 in the Measures section. In this section, the titles and descriptions for the two subsections of “independent variable” and “dependent variables” should be reversed. The first section should refer to the dependent variable (collaborative team decision making), and the second section should refer to the seven independent variables (individual influence, data use, experience, collective responsibility, team-principal trust, percent of teachers on the leadership team, and DL team).
