This article has been updated since it was first published online in order to clarify that it is an enhanced version of a study presented by the authors in a conference paper. This is now stated in the Acknowledgments section.
In addition, a number of amendments have been made to the main text:
In the Introduction section, paragraphs 2 and 3 have been rewritten. Sentence numbers 1 and 2 in paragraph 2 have been removed and sentence 3 has been updated with the citation of an earlier conference paper by the authors. Moreover, paragraphs 1 and 2 have been merged. There is a major change in paragraph 3 (which has become the new paragraph 2) where the entire paragraph has been rewritten. The first sentence of this paragraph cites an additional study.
Some adjustments have been made to the wording in the ‘Results and discussion' and ‘Conclusions’ sections.
There are minor changes in the paper where several amendments/improvements have been carried out in the main text to improve the content of the paper.
