This article has been updated since it was first published online in order to clarify that it is an enhanced version of a study presented by the authors in a conference paper. This is now stated in the Acknowledgments section.

In addition, a number of amendments have been made to the main text:

  • In the Introduction section, paragraphs 2 and 3 have been rewritten. Sentence numbers 1 and 2 in paragraph 2 have been removed and sentence 3 has been updated with the citation of an earlier conference paper by the authors. Moreover, paragraphs 1 and 2 have been merged. There is a major change in paragraph 3 (which has become the new paragraph 2) where the entire paragraph has been rewritten. The first sentence of this paragraph cites an additional study.

  • Some adjustments have been made to the wording in the ‘Results and discussion' and ‘Conclusions’ sections.

  • There are minor changes in the paper where several amendments/improvements have been carried out in the main text to improve the content of the paper.
