Recognising we bring our “whole person” into our work, from a place of deepening trust in ourselves as coaches. We can notice and adjust old habits that no longer serve us. In setting our sights, with this kind of focus and attention we can connect with both our inner and outer realities, face the challenge of seeing things from differing perspectives, alongside revealing infinite possibilities for development.’
