has been corrected with:
‘Regarding the mechanistic aspects of metformin senotherapeutic effects, it was shown that SASP suppression was not directly related with AMPK kinase activation, a strong candidate mechanism for the antidiabetic action, but it was associated with inhibition of IKK, a different kinase upstream of NF-κB [19].’
