Notes on contributors
Sangeeta Khorana Professor of Economics at Bournemouth University in the UK. Her research interests and specialisation include international political economy, trade governance and EU trade policy as well as procurement liberalisation. Currently she is Team Leader for Public Procurement Initiative project funded by the European Commission under EuropeAid program.
She has published extensively on these issues and has written books, several book chapters and peer reviewed articles for internationally renowned journals. She has a PhD from the University of St Gallen in Switzerland and holds two masters, one each from the World Trade Institute in Switzerland and Allahabad University in India. Currently she is also associated as Research Associate with Centre for Sciences and Humanities (French funded CNRS institute) in New Delhi, India.
Leïla Choukroune Director of the Centre for Social Sciences and Humanities (CSH), the French CNRS research Unit on South Asia in Delhi and Maastricht University Law Faculty. Her research focuses on the interactions between trade, investment and human rights and is applied to emerging countries, China and India in particular. She has published numerous scientific articles and authored several books. She is the Editor of the Springer book series International Law and the Global South, http://www.springer.com/series/13447 and member of the Editorial Board of China Perspectives and Perspectives Chinoises.
