ABSTRACT
In this paper, we have formulated a novel expression of the probability density function (PDF) of the L-MRC receiver over correlated channel considering the existing error in the estimation of the channel coefficients. The derived PDF is used to calculate the average bit error rate of the Quadrature Amplitude Modulation (QAM) scheme and further performance analysis of the receiver has been done with respect to this modulation. The performance of the receiver in terms of different channel and receiver performance parameters has been plotted and discussed in the results section. The results are verified with the help of the Monte Carlo simulation.
