The article is being retracted due to the reproduction of certain excerpts of the discussion of literature, as well as interview response data and discussion in the above article and the following Masters thesis:

Moslem Yousefi, “The Relationship Between Organizational Climate and Iranian English Teachers’ Job Satisfaction” 2015 published by Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz.

In addition to our investigation, we were made aware that Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz opened an investigation into this matter and attempted to contact the institution for a response on the outcomes of their investigation. After several months we have not received any response from the institution. Shahid Chamran University of Abvaz have been informed of our decision to retract the article.

The authors of the article have been informed of our decision and agree with the retraction.

We have been informed in our decision-making by our policy on publishing ethics and integrity and the COPE guidelines on retractions.

The retracted article will remain online to maintain the scholarly record, but it will be digitally watermarked on each page as “Retracted”.
