After publication of this article, the authors noticed two errors in Table 1:

• The number of subjects with wt/m2 genotype in CYP2C19 Hete-EMs group should be ‘2’.

• The number of subjects with m1/m2 genotype in CYP2C19 PMs group should be ‘3’.

These numbers are consistent with the correctly published text in the results section on page 513. Please see the corrected table below.
