- We are considering an homogeneous system with 0 < x< 0.5 (x=nb/(na+nb)) where there is always a constant number of “a” particles between any two neighboring “b” particles. The average value of the interaction in the system is given by <J>=[(6Jabnb)+(3Ja(na-nb))]/(3(nb+na))=Ja+ (2(Jab-Ja)x). So, the dependence of the critical temperature on x is linear. Same result applies to the case with nb>na but now with a linear dependence proportional to 2(Jab-Jb)
