  • Previously, we quantitatively calculated this effect for Nt interaction with two Cl. perfringens DNA samples of different M from their individual sedimentation constant distributions (6, 15,30). The results showed that the errors of ΔL llig and ΔA llig stemming from the molecule-lengths heterogeneity were neglectable in this case and generally do scarcely exceed 10 %
