  • However, one point needs to be mentioned here that in the total trade volume of 2000 commercial transactions was only 2.44 million dollars, which is less than that of 1996. The other 1.81 million dollars belong to such non-commercial transactions as the fertilizer aid, those involved with the light-water reactor project, and other economic cooperation projects.
