  • X-ray data for Z1d: C29H22Br2O4, M = 594.27, monoclinic system, space group P21/c, a = 13.179(3) A, b = 8.5689(17), c = 21.900(4) Å; β = 98.70(3)º V = 2444.7(9) Å3, Z = 4, Dcalcd = 1.615 g cm−3, μ(Mo-Kα)= 3.350 mm−1, crystal dimension of 0.50 × 0.50×0.40 mm. The X-ray diffraction measurement was made on a STOE IPDS 2T diffractometer with graphite monochromated Mo-Kα radiation. The structure was solved by using SHELXS. The Data reduction and structure refinement was carried out with SHELXL using the X-STEP32 crystallographic software package [X-STEP32 Version 1.07b, Crystallographic Package; Stoe & Cie GmbH: Darmstadt, Germany, 2000]. The non-hydrogen atoms were refined anisotropically by full matrix least-squares on F2 values to final R1 = 0.0640, wR2 = 0.1633 and S = 0.805 with 316 parameters using 4292 independent reflection (θ range = 2.26-25º). Hydrogen atoms were added in idealized positions. The crystallographic information file has been deposited with the Cambridge Data Centre, CCDC 1556553.
  • Since the detection limit using the S/B ratio is regarded as the most reliable and accurate, the detection limit for Cu2+ ions using the S/B ratio was determined on the basis of a plot of the ratio of the intensity versus the concentration of Cu2+.
