Overview on the development of a test standard for the evaluation of motorcyclists' impacts on road infrastructure elementsFootnote¹

¹The current paper is an extended version of a paper originally published in TRB as a compendium of papers at the 88th Annual Meeting (paper 09-0789). The current study covers the motorcyclists' protection assessment of any road infrastructure elements, not only barriers, and a deeply accidental data review in order to propose new thorax criteria.
