Therefore, food science, technology, and engineering draw on chemistry, microbiology, engineering, packaging, agronomy, physiology, toxicology, public health, nutrition, dietetics, economics, marketing, and law; consequently, we encourage papers to this section that are inherently multidisciplinary, interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary.
