Argumentation and Advocacy is an official publication of the American Forensic Association. The mission of Argumentation and Advocacy is to promote scholarship in the field by publishing the best argumentation and advocacy research from diverse theoretical and methodological perspectives. It seeks to address a broad intellectual audience interested in argumentation studies from a wide array of scholarly traditions such as modern and classical rhetoric, formal and informal logic, intercollegiate forensics, media studies, communication studies, political science, social advocacy, social influence, legal studies, and any other field that concerns arguments and/or arguing.

Peer Review Policy:
All research articles published in this journal have undergone rigorous peer review, based on initial editor screening and anonymized refereeing by at least two anonymous referees.
