Aims and scope

Critical Insights in Environmental Studies (CIES) is an International peer-reviewed and open access journal with a broad scope, dedicated to comprehensively exploring the interdisciplinary and dynamic field of environmental studies and the multifaceted interactions between humans and the environment. CIES aims to address complex and contemporary environmental issues encompassing both natural and built environments. It also seeks to establish a powerful communication platform that brings together scientists, scholars, engineers, practitioners, policymakers, and professionals from academia, industry, and society. Additionally, it looks ahead to the future to anticipate the research trends that will shape our understanding of environmental challenges, including the pioneering impact of digital transformations and advanced technologies.
