Architectural planning and design” field publishes research with theoretical, empirical, or review approaches that would contribute to establish evidence-based planning and design theory on the full scope of housing or community facilities (school, hospital, nursing home for seniors and others). It also includes basic research on environmental psychology and environmental behavior mainly based on post occupancy evaluation. Design methodology and building-system design with digital approach are also critical issues. We also welcome interdisciplinary study between architecture and other field based on the viewpoint of the relationship between space and human activity, and any other related works.
