Validation of a Driver Checklist for Team Design Research

Pages 239-247 | Published online: 28 Dec 2017

Abstract

The validity of Hazell's Drivers Checklist in ranking drivers has not been upheld in the analysis of a survey of expert opinion. Fuzzy logic techniques were used to construct a new rating scale for the checklist and to indicate elements for modification. Main drivers were used to define a team by constructing a unique team profile.
